@dbzroxs lol otacon is a computer geek not a doctor... if anyone in the game would make a medicine it would be Naomi but its not even true, snake dies... thats for sure, but the face at the end were u see young snake is just a skin u can get with cheat codes :P

i'm guessing that the young snake at the end really is otacon. check out otacon in other trailers of mgs4, you'll notice they kinda look alike... you can also try searching for his pics.
