FE: WoE - Pascal Mode Pirate Ship Part 1

I've decided that whilst I won't get round to doing all the portraits and plot, the least I could do is sort out a Hector Mode variant, too.
Pascal Mode is substantially tougher than Keyan Mode, but it's hard to balance such an exp-full mode. XD
If you're wondering why I have a level 2 Cavvy running around, she makes a good meatshield at times, much like Hennel does. Hell, Hennel is mandatory unless you're insane.
This chapter is a little easy if you want to win by rout, but nasty if you want all the exp. You'll see what I mean at the end of part 2.
