False, not all humans deserves to be treated equally, that would be an enormous injustice.

Mubarrak, if it count as human, should still be treated worst than a dog with rabbies. A police gang that feel the need to gang up on one person to feel like big men doesn´t deserve to be treated like human beings but as the vermine they really are, stuffed into live owens or dumped into pits full of hungry rats.
