No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle: Rank #24 Fight: Matt Helms

This is the fight against Matt Helms! This was my favorite boss battle mainly because of the music and setting, but after fighting Alice Moonlight, this became my second favorite. Sorry Matt. He's annoying though. And creepy. This is the third time I've fought him. The very first time I fought him, I beat him no problem, even had time to go darkside. I had a bit of trouble this time though. Nearly got me in the end. I know, the Peony Beam Katana is pretty slow, but it does a lot of damage (and I wanted to show it off). Don't worry, I switch to another one at some point in the battle.

Had to look up a video to check out Peony, to see if I wanted to spend the 300,000 clams on it. Still not sure, but Rose Nasty is EPIC.

Also in this fight, I thought it was too obvious. Not enough bosses in NMH2 require the strategy as ones in NMH1. But I've only just finished my time using Shinobu, so don't say anything about bosses after that point.

Well I get the weapons because I want to have them all. To me, Peony is worth it, because It does a TON of damage. Check out my video of me fighting Cloe Walsh for a prime example of this. I don't use it to it's full potential in this vid, I just wanted to show it off. I have 2 videos of me fighting with Rose Nasty, but they're both boss fights, ranks 4 and 2. If you just finished Shinobu, you already have it though. I like it.

Little tip: Get Jeane to lose that weight. Totally worth it!

everytime I clash with matt i lose? he kills me in two hits everytime, i shake the wii mote and everything, what am i doing wrong?

Helms's back story is pretty scary. Matt Helms was abandoned as a child, and just when he was about to die, he made a trip with the devil, to come back to life, and kill his parents. So yet, he's immortal. And even though the protagonist protrudes his head, and makes it it self destruct and... well, see the ending.

I'm working on getting Jeane to lose the weight. But I had skipped doing her workouts between some of the rank fights, so I don't know if I'll be able to get whatever it is I get before I can't... you know... get it.
