in this price range you can go for an hp multitouch at 800 dollars or so. netbooks are just too damn slow to do anything productive on it
-
@xSurkinLoverx Seems to fit the multi-touch use. Index finger on left mouse button, middle and ring finger on touchpad, little finger on right mouse button.
-
Does this thing have multi-touch support on the screen if you upgrade to Win7 Home Premium? Or does the hardware simply not support it?
-
You idiot; this is a netbook, not a desktop. Apply some common sense to the matter: he said Express CARD, not PCI-e.
-
Nope, does not have one.
-
It dosen't have a Multitouch-Screen, or has it?
-
It really took time just to startup?
-
how much is one of these??

I don't know how people can survive with the mouse pointers on the side of the trackpad. I used my friends HP mini that had that config for a couple of hours and it drove me nuts. I just couldn't get used to it, its not where the fingers should naturally lay.
How is the trackpad? Hard to get used to?
I am torn between this and and the T91/T101H...
What decision would you make?

A little bit difficult, yes. However i'm finding myself using the muilti-touch features for left, right and double click. I wouldn't let it hold you back from a purchase and its a great quality pad. Steve.

Nice review! Interesting to see how this compares to the new Asus "net-vertables"

Definitely. The T91 will be a much mor mobile solution but I think the T101H is main competitor. Upgrade capability, 3G and price could be the deciding factor. I don't see the T101 being any cheaper than this.
