    I have done North American and a few in the US were World/International level but I have not competed outside North America

  • Would you show us how long you can hold that lift? I think I saw another competitor do it for just over a minute!

  • I hold these for minutes, but for my specific training, I only need them for a few solid seconds in my routine but what I do is go from one hold, into another and into another so that accumulates into several minutes on stage, for my own fun I could hold it for a while although I do not want to overuse my wrists since I need them for my sport, so I don't normally do timed holds as its not needed for my routine.

  • I think it was Cynthia Bridges in a video did it for 1min 17 sec. She did the straddle hold off the end of an exercise bench keeping heels above the level of the bench. Very impressive display of ab and thigh endurance.
