  • Can someone tell me how he got the ten paddle to fit without hitting the swingarm? My axle is as far back as it will go and the paddle is about an eighth of an inch away from the swingarm and shock linkage. When the tire spins it's going to destroy my paddle

  • @devsdaddy1998 18 inch wheel correct? I never had a problem there, but I would recommend the skat trak and only going 8, 10 is just tooo much hookup and keeping your front tire down will be everything you do while ridding. unless your paddles are fairly shallow, don't worry hitting the pipe still wheelies effortlessly.

  • Thats a nice cr500 what year is it ?

  • @120970able1 2001, although that frame motor combo is no longer, I put that motor into a 2006 crf250 frame, with a little modding... lower center of gravity and much better headset angle.

  • hell yeah

im 14 and my dad said, pick the last bike im gunna ever buy you

so i decided to go big and got a 95 cr500 elsinore and its the funnest bike i have ever ridden, its pushing 90 horse

everyone always sais, dude your stupid thats way too much bike for you, but i tell em all to fuck off and grow some balls, i love the bike and anyone can learn how to ride a 500, and when you get use to it, youll remember it for the rest of your life, gotta love that saddle

  • @wesley360ify

yeah brother, that saddle is the bomb, i have taken that motor and put it into an 06 aluminum crf250 frame, the ergonomics are incredible - feels like a bicycle, but i miss the saddle of the original frame :(

Ride for fun, stay in your abilities and keep riding!

  • @wesley360ify i HIGHLY doubt its pushing 90... probably more like 60ish

  • Cowboy boots right? Thats funny.

  • @devsdaddy1998 possibly a small swingarm extension?

  • 10 paddle is too much paddle for a CR500? I ran a 14-paddle Hooker on the back of my 2000 CR500R. It was perfect! Can't have too much power or too much traction at the dunes! That motor can push any paddle tire you put on it. Key to riding a CR500 at the dunes is "throttle control", and common sense. They are great dune bikes. Quads suck compared to these things. I just wished Honda still made them. Service Honda 500AF is too expensive!

  • woops...i blinked

  • @jimhandzel do you have vids of the bike in the new frame? must be sick.... bet it feels beter too with the alu minum frame and diferent suspension and stuf

  • @wesley360ify

90 hp? you must have some serious motor work to be pushing that kind of power.

  • he didnt even hit the powerband

  • erm, i ride motox, except with sand duneing, wats the flag for?

  • im seriously in love with this bike very nice
