i have to decline this top 100. lets face it, the top 10 are either legendary pokemon or some final form of other pokemon. they're overrated. i mean, lugia i agree with cause it's my favorite legendary pokemon, but over all, the others are overrated. in fact, my favorite pokemon is poliwhirl. and what was the "face-off" voting about?!
