Tough workout today.....really felt the squats from Monday, but I hit everything I wanted to and got out. I found this workout very tough...

Here's how it went:

Warm Ups

135 lbs x 5
225 lbs x 2
315 lbs x 2
455 lbs x 1 (Video)

Workset 1: 570 lbs x 2 Re-Started Reps (20 lb PR & Video)
Workset 2: 570 lbs x 2 Continuous Reps (20 lb PR & Video)

Speed Set 1: 425 lbs x 3 Continuous Reps (Video)
Speed Set 2: 425 lbs x 3 Continuous Reps
Speed Set 3: 425 lbs x 3 Re-Started Reps
Speed Set 4: 425 lbs x 3 Re-Started Reps (Video)

Power Shrugs

425 lbs x 2 Sets of 5 Reps

I went lighter than last week on all the assistance work because now the focus is on the main worksets.

Stiff-Legged Deadlifts

225 lbs x 5 Reps
315 lbs x 5 Reps

Light Dumbell Rows

110's x 2 Sets of 5 Reps (short rest between sets)

Goodmornings

135 lbs x 5 Reps

  • @100tonlifter

It's just part of the game bro...ha, ha...

  • @cford77

Tough is right C....this workout was brutal, but I am looking forward to finally hitting 6 plates and then 600 lbs....thanks brother.

  • @imperiumXX

We'll see very soon Owen. Supposedly 570 lbs for a double gets me just over 600 lbs for a single, but it doesn't count until I actually do it. Two more weeks....

  • @PowerlifterTy16

Thanks T. We'll see very soon....
