Gig Young was sooooooo charming, lovely to look at and listen to...what a voice! Tormented soul, but thank goodness for recordings to keep his creative gift alive.

Definitely a pleasant surprise. All three leads are great and the movie really is funny! It only drags slightly at the end and gets just a bit preachy as it attempts to infuse late 50's social commentary and the values that were such the rage back then. Not a great fan of Gable but check out his facial reactions and Doris is at the top of her game. After suffering through bombs like Houseboat and Young at Heart, I was delighted with this winner!!!
