What continues to amaze me about GG is the way he HEARS music so creatively before he plays it. He has actually achieved what so many musicians desire ... to be able to PLAY what we hear within. What a gift!

I just loves how he fearlessly attacks every single style of music there is and transform them into something unique and very guthrie govan -ish. Yes, there are probably better blues, jazz and rock players out there. But who cares! This cat does not mimick. He is so versatile, but still so much his own. I can't really find the right words to describe him. He is not just a great instrumentalist. He is a really great dig-have-fun-go-with-the-flow kind of musician
