The tree will be held down with 1/2 inch anchor bolts that are welded to the rebar frame that is in the concrete pad. The pad is 5 foot wide by 4 foot deep. Watch for the video next week on the installation.

Thanks! The studio was a auto repair shop. I just turned in to a welding studio. I was hoping to use the inground lift cylinder that the tree was sitting on to lift it up. However it was just on stable enough for me so I went with option number 2. The steel bars only weigh in at 15 lbs. each.

Kevin, You're a rock star! I didn't know you had that fancy lift at your shop. Sweet!! I can't believe that thing only weighs 800 pounds. It seems like each bar would weigh at least 50 pounds and there seem to be many of those bad boys.
