If you want to learn how to speak chinese, simply record a couple of cats howling out there in the alley and then try to immitate them. It's about the same thing. ...which is kind of funny because they say "you are what you eat" and I've heard something about chinese restaurants that would definately verify that.

Hi Mike, I'm curious about something. I was in HK Airport about a week after the handover and I was shocked to see that there was not a single word of English on the multilingual signs. The cutie at the info counter who spoke perfect English mentioned that it had been a recent change. I kinda figured it was a form of protest. I felt very uncomfortable and remained glued to my departure lounge seat during the layover
Is this still the case?

When i was there a few months back, it wasn't the case at all - english everywhere.. guess they learned their lesson?
A nice place now apparently (and free wifi in the terminal LOL!)
