Don't even think that this one video even describes what Emery is... This was almost 3 years ago they performed. Pleasseeee go watch acoustic stuff they have posted now... Emery is on a whole other level compared to bands like. Kaddisfly. Yeah I put period after like because they shouldn't even be in the same sentence.

horrible live performance by Emery as usual. Look at the Kaddisfly video and say that Emery deserves the cred that they get. They absolutely don't. They are a studio band, that's it. They can't hold a tune live.

Funny you say that... Emery did an acoustic tour recently, most of which consisted of voices and guitars only, and their musical talent really shined. It's hard to hide behind a wall of sound when it's just you and a guitar.
Kaddisfly are also talented in their musical songwriting, and I enjoy both bands a lot. Both have many songs that are far from cookie-cutter, yet still possess catchy pop-laden hooks to please mainstream audiences.
