Most of the dubbed comments are so Ace. Good stuff. What I would do is take the raw footage and work it into a serious counter piece.

Too bad the audio is so poor, I would have liked to be able to understand what is being said. Next time try putting some compression on the audio track and boosting the gain. Compression will reduce the volume of the clapping, allowing the audio for the rest of the video to be turned up.

@ChanceAddison Thanks for the comment! I did actually do dozens of volume adjustments using both Adobe Premier and Soundbooth, as well as removing clicks coughs, bangs, clangs, children screaming, and phones ringing using the graphic display capabilities in SB (but admittedly, I didn't remove all of those). But you're correct that I didn't attempt to massage the audio with more advanced techniques. What really would have been a better thing to do would be to set up a remote mike at the podium!
