This man speaks the truth.
Just about ANY game with the Shin Megami Tensei name on it is incredible to say the least, and in many cases are more of an actual challenge than most RPGs.
And Shoji Meguro creates music by tossing exploding ninja pirate vikings in a melting pot with a vampire zombie werewolfs. Needless to say, the result is awesome.

PS2 only, sorry. :/ And I don't think I can stomach Uematsu's meandering zombie music for a whole game that I've actually paid money for. Perhaps I could borrow it from someone and give it a try. :)

I was sort of rambling there for a moment... I'll still try to play less famous games. Unless, of course, I find a game that I just love to death regardless of how well known it is (and I think I can make a good LP of it). :)
