Pole Dancing Clips - Lost moves: Allegra, Jade. Needlescale training, SM climbs, Iguana mount...

Trying a pole-assisted needlescale - balance sucks, I need a push :P

Working on one handed fireman spin with head roll! Yep, it's taken me 18 months to get co-ordinated enough to do it. Ha ha ha. Glasses even came off to really go for it.

SM climbs are so much better on a tall pole: no sliding needed.

Jade and Allegra are rough and raw, still getting them back.

Iguana mount is new :)
