  • sir..id like to ask a simple question..ive done my research on creatine.. nyway.. i also know it helps you store water in your muscle... would you recommend using creatine while loosing bodyfat?

    in the process of cutting you are volumizing your muscle(since you train rather abit high rep)..hence gaining abit of muscle mass..my question is if u take creatine will it help u in anyway? ( my calorie intake is perfect according to my knowledge divided among 7 meals..so i wont loose muscledefinately

  • @alir90 Creatine is an energy molecule for anaerobic activity. It will not aid in fat loss.

  • @laughykassie Creatine will not help you can weight. Just eating more food will cause weight (fat) gain. 

  • @BodyPerformanceTV Obviously i know this but it isnt working.. i eat at the least i eat 2500 to 3000 calories.. and what im eating defineitaly isnt healthy, i was thinking more of good drinks or powders that help weight gain fast... is there a good one

  • @laughykassie I hate to tell you this but you're not eating 35000-3000 calories a day. That's a lot of food.

  • Alright, im at about 16% body fat, 183lbs, 5ft 11". when i start to take creatine what will it do for me? Can i start to build more muscle and continue to loose body fat percentage if i keep my diet clean? Or should i continue to loose weight and body fat?.

  • @laughykassie Haha shouldn't ask this guy. He knows nothing. Creatine will assist you in more repetitions, which means when you have your protein shake, you will see better results, and yes it will definetly get you 3-9 pounts of water weight on you. But that is good. So yes. It does.

  • @alir90 Haha, don't ask him mate, he knows shit all about all this shit. Creatine will aid in helping you loose the fat on your body. If you use it when working out, you will be gaining muscle mass. More muscle the more calories you will burn through out the day. It isn't though famous for loosing fat. but it definetly wont harm you, it will help you. But their are much better things out their, to loose fat. I would say more, but it won't let me say any more.

  • I picked up 2.2lbs for 20$ at gnc. Pure micronized creatine monohydrate. Started working in 4 days. I took 5grams(1 heaping teaspoon) and threw it in a drink or in some oatmeal. Had more energy. And got a few more reps. Seems like recovery was slightly better. But the strength gain was great. Make sure you take it with food IMO.
