  • never mind,say something.

  • Those drums!!

  • when ever this song starts up I think of an atari 2600 game xD

  • This is up one key. Plz find the original

  • I hear IGGY in the background!

  • Has Eno covered this (on his own. I realize he played on this record.) If he hasn't, he should probably take time off Coldplay's new album and get to it.

  • god i love this song

the bass has such fucking groove!

  • That's one of the oddest! Listen to the song, It's the end of the World(1962). Then watch Carnival of Souls(1962). Both are about a girl that is dead, yet living. And there've been other things too. Somehow it's all tied together. And I must find out what's going on. Even if it means something apocalyptic. But I guess it's approaching. I can feel it getting closer, like the Langoliers coming through the forest. I feel safe

    I feel scared

    I feel ready

    And yet unprepared

    The world is not enough

  • But that's only the beginning! After posting some odd comments on "It's The End of The World" (Skeeter Davis) and how i'm discovering a strange coincidence that it was released in 1962, the same year as Carnival of Souls, and that the star, Candace Hilligoss with her blonde hair, looks something like Skeeter Davis and that I also was born in 1962! Just a few hours later, I had to get gas to make it to work. So, as I'm pumping, they play the exact song I'm speaking of: It's The End Of The World.

  • Allow me to direct you to an occurence that happened today: Currently, I'm interested in a song, The End of The World (Skeeter Davis), a true crossover country classic. You've heard it. I normally hate country music, but that's besides the point, I think. Anyhow, I'm thinking how she wonders why the world goes on, even though, to her, it's already ended because she lost her raison d'etre. I'm thinking that sounds like the movie Carnival of Souls. I look it up and they were both released in 1962!
