@BoatBoysLLC Yeah but in the long term ideal say you pop one and its not covered underwarranty.....Because as you know running one on the rev limiter at these speeds eventuallly pops em.....wont it cost a fortune?

Yamaha stated in one of our product information meetings that they already have SHO's out with over 3000 hours on them so hopefully we wont have to worry about one popping. However if it did, it is now standard procedure to just replace the entire powerhead because it is cheaper and it comes with a warranty.

Thats insane..I would like to see it run with the gps showing...But I know these motors have so much torque...if you pop one though does the powerhead have to be completely replaced since there are no sleeves in the cyl to save weight?
