  • @GEKWINS Headed up this weekend and will make a video

  • Looks easy in a backyard. Try It in the Rockies, with mine I have to find rocks and use paracord to keep it down.

  • Wait, one strip of velcro to hold the rain fly back... I'd like to see a zipper or some snaps, something that gives more of a positive grip then velcro. I don't want to be half way through setting it up and the fly comes off the velcro. Then your drying out your tent all night, mostly with your sleeping bag. I spose you could put some snaps on easy enough.

  • Doesn't look like there is any room for gear in this tent at all.

  • Would you recommend this or the slumberjack 2?

  • Great vid but your undersold yourself. 10 minute tent set up in 5:00?...LOL! Thanks for the vid I opted to get this modle. Thanks !

  • Thanks!

  • I hate how most hiking people wear "nearly-bought" crappy (bland, clothes). This guy isn't too bad. I have the same hiking pants I wore in mexico jungle, mountains, rock-climbing for years. newer is definitely not always better. I've got an Apex and was considering this b/c of less weight, but I like the apex a lot, it's qual.

  • the zues 2 is a free standing, 2 poles and sets up, no stake down, in under 5 minutes from pack to done. weighs under 4 pounds and sells for about 150. cant be beat. tons of room and even a big vestibule. great ventalation and sleep 1 like a king or two and two packs comfortably
