@Samstrat94 Sure, if people say SRV wrote it, that should be corrected. I thought, or it sounded like, you were in some way opposed to SRV's interpretation. But, hey, Hendrix! Stevie Ray! They're both amazing. All the best!

@Tapiola2007 I don't want to argue either and i didn't mean it in that manner, I just feel that Hendrix wrote the song so it should be recognised as his. I've heard so many people say it's "by" srv when it's not.

@Samstrat94 Why? Because SRV gave a unique interpretation of Jimi's already incredible song. We can say the same about Voodoo Child. I'm not in the business of arguing who or which version is best - don't need to when I can enjoy both - rather we have two great guitarists expressing themselves with amazing music.
