The 2007 Kia Sedona dies for about the 10th time. Currently in for Lemon Law claim. With BBB for final review. Has been towed to the dealer 6 times and the vehicle has approximately 16000 miles. Purchased brand new. This needs to be painted bright yellow!

  • When the battery dies any time the van sits for more than 3 days, with nothing on in the van, that certainly is a lemon law claim. This was a video for my attorney so I did not get into details. He just needed a way to view it. By the way, KIA has since admitted this is a real problem that requires a software programming change. We gave them 30 days to resolve.

  • you guys are cratyrh

  • I also am having a bad time with my KIA Rhondo. Had major engine failure while on vacation out of state. KIA did tow the car but would not provide a rental car to get back to my home state. Still haven't fixed the car. Bought it brand new, only three months old and doesn't run. I'll never buy another KIA again.

  • Dishonest company... dishonest attitude... sorry for this problem, hope you to fix it as soon as possible and, on the other hand, in my opinion, you should even sell that car if you like the idea, especially before losing money as 'residual price'.

    Sorry for disturbing

I hope you all got it fixed.. I can tell you CHRIS LEITH SUCKS! I REPEAT CHRIS LEITH SUCKS... I bought a new 2007 Colorado from them and they never ever could get it fixed, then during lemon law arbitration the truck dissapered... Long story short it was stolen from there lot, because they left the keys in it and its now been 2 years and im still stuck.. I wish raleigh had a better Kia dealer network, because Kia's are halfway decent. But the Leith family of dealerships are horrible

  • Okay, so what you have a bad battery, that's not a lemon law claim by any means.
