The Bracelet is an excellent way to work with alpacas needing routine vet care like shots or exams. In this case, the Bracelet worked wonderfully with my pet alpaca, Gypsy, who had a piece of grass below his lower eyelid that had caused two ulcerations on his eye. The whole procedure in this video took 10 minutes, during which Gypsy held nearly completely still. The barn is very small so it was problematic finding a good place for the camera. The video shows the entire procedure, but the segments where Gypsy is not visible have been speeded up to save time. I highly recommend the Bracelet for vet care. More information about proper hand placement is available at the Camelidynamics Guild Forum.
