  • thank you so much. I hadn't seen it for quite awhile but it is still as fresh and joyful as I remembered. God Bless

  • @isabellainnorway You are very sweet to send me this information. Thank you and good luck to you as well.

  • Gods call never stops ringing. Many nuns in many orders started out as mature vocations. The visitations order accepts mature vacations, just as Jesus called mature followers as his diciples. Any order that has an age limit is not worth considering as they are denying Gods own call. So, if one day your life is ready to answer, remember, it,s God who decides. Not a puritan rule that excludes candidates of God,s choice. Good luck with your travels!

I am no one to say but many ,many nuns in the church answered their call as mature vocations. These were lasting commitments that bore fruition that benifited many needy souls. When God calls, the ringing never stops. He waits until the time is right and collects you into his fold to fullfill your destiny. Many orders accept mature vocations like the visitation sisters. Orders that do not are denying Gods call and are not worth looking at. Good luck with your life!

  • What a wonderful movie ! The cast was perfect and so natural. Ingrid Bergman was one of God's most beautiful creations and she was so lovely in this role. I watched with the snow falling on the screen and it was beautiful. Like Patsy, I had at one time wanted to become a nun but it wasn't to be. Perhaps in another life. Merry Christmas.

  • 0:57 is hilarious when fr. o'mally looks up to heaven after lying about her grades.
