Why would you want to let in the ones that are not useful? Britain's not a refuge haven and has no real obligation to host refuge to people who have no real value to the British society.

So you're saying you will only limit immigration to the skilled workforce? Those who can't pass the test are not skilled enough to live in this country, and therefore you will send them away?

In other words, you only let in the useful ones...?
