@GrRawr07 i cant remember the exact name/spelling, but I believe it's called dacron. You can get it at most sports super stores and archery stores.

On that bow for the DVD the woods used were hickory, osage and lemonwood. The first chapter of the film deals with a variety of different woods for laminated bows at lot will depend on the performance your after and the draw weight.
