Game - Shadow Hearts Covenant
Song - Glint of Light ~ Boss Battle in Europe
Composer - Kenji Ito, Ryo Fukuda

Notes: Quite the boss theme, eh? There's something so dark about it that it speaks volumes about the atmosphere of this game.

Welcome to the Top 100 RPG Battle Themes playlist. This is a representation of the 100 best songs spanning my gaming history of RPG's. Some of these games, I haven't played, others I have spent countless hours on, but the music has stuck with me for whatever reason. I have tried my best to not have too many from one game or series.

This list was updated in April 2011.

  • the beginning part is BADASS

  • Oh-hoy! Yet another Shadow Hearts Covennat song, and quite a wonderf-

Get that sonovabitch in white out of that picture before I stab him with his own soon-to-be-amputated-and-sharpened-up-limp-dick.

Man, I still wonder why the people who advertised this game even thought of putting one of the villains in a group picture with the main character's crew.

I swear, that bastard evokes desires of murder in many.

Anyhow, song is great, moving on.

  • pick up a submarine and start smacking

  • Awesome! I liked the first Shadow Hearts Boss Battle as well.
