@D13fledermause i wear civil war gaiters/leggings on my cowboy boots to keep them snug. But i wear them under my pants.

@mx5matt Thank you i am using them for a ww2 seabees uniform.

Would anybody wear these for use in an everyday situation were they not in the military? Would they be good for work out in the woods or something?
-
@ww2freak001 look at my vid the leggings r in it
-
@MrKG1020 Srry, dont know what kind they are. what color are they? and can you see a date on the inside?
and do thy look ww2 or ww1? (ww1 are longer) if the date goes back to ww1 and their not a ww1\ww2, then their more than likely to be Civil war, or juest some old leggings that are really dirty.

@sgtpeppers291 Those are Marine Corps leggings. The ones in the video are U.S. Army.

So you wear them with the lacings on the outside of the leg? I have a picture of my father in 1941 with his lacings on the inside. Maybe it depended on the preferences of the unit commander.

@kpadmirer It's possible, but with the laces on the inside you also have the hooks on the inside and that could easily trip you up.
