I like the tone of this one. I dunno if the neck would be confortable for me to play (I prefer Tele necks myself), but this guitar really got my attention. Wish I could buy it, but right now it's complicated to even think about it :/

@philx1111 I'm considering buying this guitar. Next time you're at Fretted Americana, you should do another demo of this. There's no reason that it should be this short, and this is from when you were using those less-than-ideal Marshall's and the camera Mic. Just sayin' :)

@philx1111 Thank You . I have a LPJR and it is the best sounding rock and roll guitar I have EVER owned .I have tried to explain the benefits of a single pickup many times , but could not have explained it any better than you just did . And the JR just feels great in your hands too

what is the first song?

it gets really bright when i whack it too. man i love this guitar

@philx1111 that would only affect sustain though i'd think and not tone

not weak and yes more pickups give you more versatility, BUT.... another thing to consider is that the gibson les paul jr. is one of the best sounding guitars in the world and it only has one pickup. some believe that even though another pickup in, say the neck position, isn't on, the magnets are still pulling the strings shortening the vibration field, thus limiting the natural resonance of the string. noodle-baking stuff, huh?

Totally wrong, having more pickups just gives you more versatility.
