  • even though I was hoping to win something from this contest, the whole process taught me something and now, I hope that people are more drawn to story I told than just the story teller.

  • this is why I picked hunger which is a global issue and what people in my community are doing about it locally.

  • I believe, that before you can Make things global, you thoroughly need to understand what is understood globally. Like what emotions are understood everywhere. Does 'global' really exist? Everyone experiences humor, but it different ways. Fear, but in different ways. Sorrow, but in different ways. I would think it's impossible to Completely be understood globally...
