This property has major plumbing problems, it's my opinon that there is a major main drain issue and the yard is going to have to be dug up and repair lines going out to sewerage, the cost for this will be between 2-3k, the house has potential, but he wants 8k for it, my bid for this one would not exceed 2k, but siince he probably wont except that, I think it's best to move on,, ENJOY THE SHEA SHOW
