  • @Valommusic No. Generally the headphones are used to listen to the track that is not being played through the speakers. Crossfader is on the left track and the headphones are monitoring the one on the right, getting it ready to mix into the one currently playing through the speakers. Of course you can change any part of this up, but that's what it's general use is for

  • im going to suscribe to this as i have just bought some numark decks begginer package just your standard mixer and turntables but this vid actually really helped as i just tried that and i just mixed my irst song wooooo lol thanks pal

  • This is pretty good mixing J! Why don't you do a 10 min mix for us? That would be nice :)

  • @Valommusic Like SK3PTIX said on some mixers you got cue buttons on each channel. But on other mixers, like the typical starter mixers from Numark you have a cue slider, which works just like a crossfader. Hope this one helped as well.

  • @Valommusic hey u might have already figured this out but there are buttons on certain mixers and controllers that correspond with what turntable or track u hear. hope this helped!

  • Hey bro, Really stupid question for you.

is it so that the headsett plays 100% of whats going on the left turntable on the left ear, and rigth turntable on the rigth ear?

  • @tyinykiller5 the things i like fl fruity is that you can make beats, sounds and make music easily, i mean to me. i just gota know more about turntable.

  • @tommyaj200 dude, mixing means combining two songs, or transitioning from one another while making it sound good. Its impossible to do that with fl studio, and the last sentence you said makes no sense because u just said you dont like the only purpose of turntables.

  • i dont really know how to do turntable mixer. it looks complicated. idk i rather do it at computer, what i have is fl fruity loops. that is what i do to mix. but if i know how to mess around and play with it, i probably like more than fl fruity loops. one thing i dont like is theres 2 disc. disc 1 is other side and disc 2 is right side. disc 1 is playing and you gota make disc 1 to fade out so disc 2 can fade in or you can play both songs at the same time.

  • very good tips.:)
