Thanks to its gas and oil wealth the tiny Gulf nation of Qatar has one of the most comprehensive welfare systems in the world.
Qataris make up just a fifth of the countrys 1.5 million-strong population with one of the highest per capita incomes in the world
But do all these benefits translate into a healthier population?
