Here's what you can expect from Tony's Marine Supply in Cape May, NJ. Apologies for the video (was holding the phone at my side) - just focus on the audio.

Took in an old outboard we use as a backup, told the tech to stop after an hour if he couldn't get it running. Owner tried to charge me for two hours. After the tech told the owner that a) I'd told him to stop after an hour, and b) that he'd ONLY worked an hour, the owner offered me the great deal of only charging me for 1.5 hours. What a guy! After I called the police he finally decided to "only" charge me for the hour that was worked.

This is not something that was an accident or a misunderstanding, as the video shows - this was purposeful. He ignored the time sheet and just charged what he felt like! Do you really want to leave work here and roll the dice on how much Tony feels like charging you?

And yes Tony, this can be posted online. You don't have a reasonable expectation of privacy in a retail store - especially not one that you own, when talking to a customer that you don't know.
