In the movie David Armstrong [Richard Arlen] had stolen the airplane from the Germans, and was trying to escape. He is excited to see the "Shooting Star" American plane from his hometown rival Jack Powell [Charles 'Buddy' Rogers]. They trained and flew together and both loved the same girl. Jack doesn't see that it is David in the stolen airplane, and thinking the escaping plane is the German enemy, Jack shoots down and kills his friend. The pilot was desperate then dead. Live and Let Die.

But I'm always amazed how some people get away w. posting copyrighted stuff & others get busted & gets taken down on 1st try. wtf? Is there a way around that or some secret loop hole I don't know about?
