It is because of the advance gameplay and better character selection is the reason why this game is so much better than the American version.

This is the only game where Rickson Gracie (patron saint of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) can fight Hulk Hogan. That alone makes it a keeper.

Yes, it is. Some of the WCW and NWO wrestlers are present in VPW 64 and so is the arena. That's why there is WCW vs NWO on the banner. Besides, the intro to WCW vs NWO World Tour is different.

Why did they named nearly every fucking N64 games with something with "64"
SUPER MARIO 64!
EXCITE BIKE 64!
DONKEY KONG 64!
MARIO KART 64!...and so on

Hehe, not every N64 game had "64" in the name - for example Spiderman, Shadowman, Resident Evil and many others. "64" was in the name to tell that it is the game (often the sequel of some older games) made strictly for N64, just like the games You mentioned.
