I think that bell is too heavy & needs to go lighter so he can get the form & technique down better.He is muscling it up too much you want explosive power with the whole body.Practice swings they will help you a lot becuz it is a foundation move.Flat shoes so you can get a better feel & pull up your shorts so you can go low on squats.LOL! Not hating just helping out.
