Weird Lightning during Hurricane Dolly

There were reports that "Power Transformers" were going out all over the valley, but these are not Transformers blowing out. The light was actually green, but came out blueish on the video camera.
There were reports of a "green light" hovering over different cities in the RGV.
This was what I caught on film.
**Also I want to add, everytime the "light" would flash the power all over the block would dim and all the car alarms would go on and off.

This lit up our whole sky in State College, PA at 3:45 AM on Thurs., Nov. 3rd, 2009. We called Accuweather, they said they didn't know of anything going on. The next day we called the National Weather Service at Innovation Park & they said there wasn't any lighting, but they lost power, blamed it on a transformer that blew at 7AM? The police & Allegheny Power said there wasn't other transformers that blew. 5-7 flashes, green & the last 2 were blue & more distant. Electric flickered here.

Again, like I had said these "lights" are not power lines or transformers. The seem more like electronic pulses. I think it's more "man made" then nature

Could be just power lines, there's a lot of shit out there that we are not aware or sure of, but then again sometimes the easiest answers are the best.

Hey i have seen this light before my self and let me tell you that is no power outage or lightning...

Check under peru aug 15 07 and search for luces and stuff like that u will find the same thing caught on tape unfortunately i could not record what i saw here in souther CA it was kind of strange i tell u.

You will be suprised it looked the same as yours.

Living in miami i have seen this happen alot... but only during Hurricanes... im not sure why it happens but it does!

Yeah well one thing that aint no powerline or nothing i tell u its rarely seen but i have seen it my self and its no joke.

Just tried looking it up for info but cant find nothing on it... yeah those vids look the same as the one u recorded and what i saw!...
