1. BELINDA CARLISLE / LIVE ELEMENT
2. SUENO LATINO / MANUEL GÖTTSCHING / NICK HOLDER / SALT CITY ORCHESTRA: A long serie of sampling. First, Sueno Latino samples Manuel Göttsching. Then Nick Holder samples 'Sueno Latino'. And then the Salt City Orchestra returns to Manuel Göttsching for their remix of 'Paradise (Part 1)'.
'E2-E4' from Manuel Göttsching, is a long sequence of music that lasts for about 40 minutes. It was released in 1984 and quite in advance on it's time.

@DreamboxDLD Je viens de me rappeller que 'Pacific State' avait été samplé par The KLF sur 'Chillout'. Ultimement, je devrais parler de The KLF dans la série.

Yes, I agree, it's a nice track, very smooth and moody :)

"Be Free" is probably one of the best tracks to come out of Strictly Rhythm. And that's saying a lot.
Did not know about Manuel Gottsching but definitely will check it out. Sueno Latino is cool as well.
Also, Salt City's sampling is amazing. Who would think to look 37 minutes into a song? I love it.

'Be Free': great track I agree. Probably among the best of Strictly Rhythm too (I like a lot of the early tracks from this label, like 93-95, there are some pretty good ones).
It was very difficult for me to find the sample in 'E2-E4'. I listened to it entirely once, but didn't find it. I had to re-listen and pay more attention. I thought I wouldn't find, but then it came to me.
Some editions of AOS are quite difficult and long to do. But I think it's worth it. Even I learn things in doing it.
