shit setup breaks very fast, my freind had that setup on his lux and it snapped when 1 wheel hits before the other and its only running 37s

I have used the same type of orbitrol on my rig and I have mounted the hydraulic sylinder in a mush more protected place and with my paralell rod over the pinion, not under.

I can see it is two years since you uploaded this video.
I think you have buildt this system very fragile if you are going to go off road with this rig.
For the first you have mounted the steering sylinder at the worst place of all.
You should hide it more so you dont smash it in the rocks.
And the steering rod between the knockels should been mounted over the pinion, not under it. You wil krack and bend that rod very easy like that.

i envy the hydrosteer. i just have to have my jeep big enough for it!
how much lift is on that thing? doesnt look like you will even come close to rubbing.

We aren't really sure, but to the bottom of the body is 43".... We are going to lower it about 10" to help keep the COG down a bit!
