Since iFitness/Full Fitness disappeared, this is the best alternative I could find, and I tried many. In some ways it's actually better than iFitness, especially if you train for strength. Loving the 1 rep max and volume charting. Really makes you want to push yourself to the limits :)
Been using mine now for 2 years it's great broke the 10 million lbs lifted mark. I'm noticing slow downs after about 30 minutes into a workout forcing me to exit it and re entering.
I have done two workouts with this now, This is the best app i have, the built in automatic timer triggers after i enter a set (press a green tick) means my breaks are consistant, before i was using a printed spreadsheet, pen and phone as a timer. Now i press a button, the graphics arent great but its impossible to fault in any other area, you can even email the database to yourself incase you loose your phone! Im a statistic junkie so this is great for me
This looks brilliant how have i gone this long using a pen and pad then manually typing onto a spreadsheet, graphics dont seem to be fantastic, buying it now, will update after using it for a week.
just used this today, how could I do without this all this time? deleted nearly all the exercises though, and changed them categories into BIG, PUSH and PULL (I do very basic effective strength training, squats deadlifts, bench press, press, barbell rows, cleans, pullups, crunches, barbell rows and very little else). amazing well thought
The App looks good but in the future I dont think you should speed through each screen and funtion so fast. You are obviously very familiar with the interface but I assume this video is intended for prospective users, so you need to slow it down a bit so we can see the functions clearly.
This seems like a pretty good paid solution.. The best free solution is MyFit Fitness
