No, seriously, no matter how good an idea it may be, it will never happen. At least, not in our lifetimes, and probably not for another generation or two at least, if it happens at all. And not because of any inherent fault with hemp or marijuana or anything, but because as much as the vocal supporters of it may want to think otherwise, to do so would be a massive net loss of political capital. The only "right stick" is a massive generational shift in perceptions.
