@SmileFIN God no i dont believe in god :D hmmm some ppl may were shocked.. but isnt that place on active street? i dont know man maybe there were so little ppl in streets.. It was night after all :)

@DJLiberity or it was god showing him/herself to the masses. and strange that only those whom were filming this saw it, not everyone in the city even though the flash was pretty bright. and i think people in the city would have filmed this too with their cameras or dont they have any kind of camera phones in israel? just press a button and record, they had the time, or were they shocked and didnt comment to the press even afterwards?

@SmileFIN well that would work if only there werent 3 different videos of same event in different places. + in every video there is that flashing red lights. Fake video theory is most not likely my sceptic friend x)
