@DKC103 menudo is generally pork and liver but i don't see any problem using other kind of meats, you might even create a new recipe :)

para mas masarasa at malapot wag mong hugasan ang karne pag nahiwa mo na ng maliliit.nawawala kasi yung pinaka katas ng karne. pwede mong hugasan pag buo pa yung karne.
