Listening to Larry on Fresh Air right now and had to look up Satchel Paige. Thanks for letting us know about this amazing pitcher. His story is so compelling.

@rjeannettej if you are interested in satchel, i highly recommend reading this book. i just finished it and it is fantastic. you can tell how much effort went into this book. the research is truly exhaustive
