your using wrong pick up setting on this solo on the brian may guitar

@marycockburn1 I know. But what's worse ? Using the wrong pick up setting and playing it well or playing like shit with the right pick up setting ? I'm admire Brian a lot but I'm not a geek about his sound. To me it's with the fingers that you can play expressive vibratos like him.

Merci ! L'idée est plus de montrer que le son c'est dans les doigts. Mais j'essaierai quand même avec un treble booster dans un AC30 un jour.

La seconde guitare utilisée, je trouve qu'elle a un son sublime, "clair" et "limpide". Très belle sonorité en tous les cas !

Je ne suis pas méchant , je donne mon avis c'est tout.Que le gars y mette tout son coeur c'est une chose mais la question n'est pas là.

Le son n'est pas bon comparé à d'autres vidéos que je visionne sur You tube et je n'entends aucune différence entre les guitares.Après j'ai peut être les oreilles en cuir , c'est possible.

@jojolapraline oh la méchanceté gratuite ! Ecoute Brian May sur Bohemian Rhapsody, il a un son encore plus criard que tu vas aussi trouver tout pourri. Essaie de changer la résolution de la vidéo (480p par exemple). Si tu n'entends pas qu'il y a plus de médium ou d'aigus selon les guitares ou pire, si tu ne te rends pas compte que ce mec y met tout son coeur c'est bien dommage pour toi.

c'est vrai,, tres bonne idée ce comparatif ! Reste que , pour en avoir essayé une,, fan totale de la Red !Le look, la palette de sons terrible et l'historique de cette guitare qui est un vrai coup de coeur !

@6591OZZY Hums on a telecaster are normal, when you use single coil pickups with a high gain distorsion. Brian has the same "problem" on live recordings. Listen to the Brighton Rock solo at Wembley, he got a lot of hums.
