@Jakafe Cream cheese, that may be really good too. I may try with cream cheese now that I heard from you. This has been almost the only way I cook mochi since I started it many years ago. It's so easy and so delicious.

@ezjapanesecooking I just did for my lunch! Had to substitute the sliced cheese with cream cheese and omitted the nori (forgot to buy 'em yesterday). So addictive. In a good way.

Amazing! I've seen in another video that u can make mochi pizza using similar method! Think he also added tomato ketchup and some ham? And when he fried the mochi he left them in the pan really close to each other, so they started to stick together after they got heated and formed a pizza shape! :D im gonna try both!
