@charronfamilyconnect You can see all of our sources in the book. Unfortunately, Maxwell doesn't provide any sources, or few, so we didn't use him much. Most of this stuff is published in the academic journals, but there are over 500 footnotes in the book for your perusal.

Looks like the video presenter here watched the Movie Zeitgeist as this looks like a rehash. Nothing not already known here or should I go back the 10 min mark in hopes that there is something new and original here. Am I too quick to judge? Far as I know not much is known about Mithras so is it possible zeitgeist took this subject too far? I am open to new ideas, and realize all kinds of ideas can be stretched beyond the point of reality. Anyways, interesting video so far!

@charronfamilyconnect If you did your research, you'd know that Peter J. took much of his work for Zeitgeist from me, as I'm cited as a source for that video. My work on Christmas came out LONG before Zeitgeist did, so get your facts straight before slinging false accusations. And Zeitgeist doesn't go into quite a lot of what's here. And if you want to know about Mithras, go read academic journals in a library or read Carl Ruck's book Mushrooms, Myth and Mithras.

I know that the number 13 works marvelously in the division of the number 365. If there were 13 months in the calendar, then every 13 years we would have a leap year. If we had 13 signs for the zodiac (which does not work out very well) then the sun would be 14 and 14 would be the holy number, for there ain't no one four (14) to give you no blame.
