im guessing he makes sandwiches for the builders on the building site. I have worked in catering for 11 years and i can tell you now its a hard business to set up. Not only is there food safety training and getting the right equipments, there is HACCP responsibilities and COSSH, annual inspections and untold amounts of paperwork... its tough

Unfortunately The husband of my friend died earlier this year so my friend has handed her business to her family for a while until she can get back into it.
